Students in Pulaski County learning improv to fight bullies

Some Pulaski County students are using improv to deal with bullies.

Michael Williams created the "Improv Affect" and is leading workshops at Pulaski Elementary School.

He's a professional actor and writer - who's currently a visiting instructor of Theater at Virginia Tech.

Williams works with third through fifth graders weekly.

In the hour long sessions, kids play acting games and spend time talking about bullying.

The performance is set for May.

After that, the teacher and students hope to take their show about bullies on the road to other schools.
