Former Cave Spring standout gets things started for U.Va

The Cavs have missed just one field goal and no extra points this season. The Wahoos have also not had a single punt blocked. The Cavs have missed just one field goal and no extra points this season. The Wahoos have also not had a single punt blocked.

So far this season the UVA kicking game has been rather good.  The Cavs have missed just one field goal and no extra points.  The Wahoos have also not had a single punt blocked. 

In all these cases, the whole process starts with one player, and he is a former Cave Spring Knight. 

Having the pressure of doing the long snapper job was something that Danny Aiken had to get used to after his playing days as a Knight.

While Aiken hasn't seen the field outside of long snapping, he wouldn't be opposed to adding more duties to his practice schedule.
