43-year-old Lori Anne Jarvis of Radford entered into an agreement and pleaded guilty to marijuana possession.Drug charges against a Radford elementary school teacher move forward in court Wednesday.
43-year-old Lori Anne Jarvis of Radford entered into an agreement and pleaded guilty to marijuana possession.
She appealed it to circuit court.
A delinquency of a minor charge was dropped and a felony count of cocaine possession was certified ot the grand jury.
The charges came in September and October after a minor overdosed in Jarvis' home.
She's on administrative leave from Radford City Schools.
