This week's Friday Night Bites takes us to Danville to check out Short Sugar's BBQ.

It was one of the most requested spots yet.

Manager Kevin Ainsworth told us one of the reasons their restaurant is so good is how they smoke their hams.

Ainsworth says, "If you go to a BBQ restaurant and they don't have a woodpile out back, it's not real BBQ."

We're told Short Sugar's is a popular spot on Friday nights before the games. Employee Lajoya Millner says it gets really hectic in the kitchen with all of the orders flying in.

While we were there a customer told us he had driven about 300 miles to eat there. When we asked why he said, "Because it's the best BBQ I've ever had!"
