What had been considered a hunting accident is now being called murder. The shooting occurred in the woods of Pulaski County.
A grand jury has indicted 46-year-old Kenneth Barry Altizer on charges of second degree murder, firearms and drug possession charges. Altizer allegedly shot and killed 27-year-old Richard Aaron Duncan while hunting in the Hiwassee area last month.
