Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich posed that question in Virginia Wednesday night. He's was in Richmond raising money for the Virginia Conservative Action Pac. Gingrich is waiting until the end of September to decide if he'll run for president.
Until then, he's focused on American Solutions, an online workshop for elected leaders across the country to be held on the 13th anniversary of his Contract with America.
Gingrich helped V-CAP raise nearly $45,000.
