The Marcus Vick saga continues.  A judge did not rule today on whether he plans to throw out a $6.3 million lawsuit against the former Hokie.

The former quarterback is being sued by a 17-year-old Christiansburg girl.  The teen says she had a sexual relationship with Vick for nearly two years while he was at Virginia Tech.

Vick's attorney's want the case thrown out, but the judge asked them for more information today.  He's not expected to rule for at least another month on whether the lawsuit will move forward.
