
Water is just water... right? Well think again. As advertisements for vitamin, protein and fitness water keep popping up, it makes you wonder.
There are hundreds of different kinds of water out there. So how do we know what's worth the extra cost? well, it all depends on what you're looking for says a local dietitian.
"These are all fitness waters. Gatorade, Propel, Powerade and Accelerade and they have electrolytes and added carbohydrates for energy and to replenish after you sweat a lot. You really don't need these unless you are a heavy exerciser in hot weather," said Dorothy Shaver, a Kroger dietitian.
