According to the Bedford County Sheriff's Office, 48-year-old Stanley William Deloach, Jr. was arrested on Wednesday. He is charged with two felonies; possession of sexually explicit items involving children and use of communications systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
Investigators say Deloach made contact on-line with what turned out to be special agents with the Virginia State Police. Deloach is being held without bond. Officials say anyone with information about Deloach is asked to call the Bedford County Sheriff's Office or Operation Blue Ridge Thunder.
