A large crowd came out Tuesday night to voice opinions and concerns to the City of Roanoke Parks and Recreation Department. Of the 31 speakers, 27 were in favor of the Highland Park location and four people were against it.
The city's architectural review board is scheduled to meet Thursday, August 14 and that's when a decision could be made.
