
The race for the House of Representatives in the Fifth District has gotten tighter.
Incumbent Republican Virgil Goode still has a large lead, but Democratic challenger Tom Perriello has made significant gains.
The latest exculsive News7 SurveyUSA poll shows Goode takes 55% of those surveyed to Perriello's 42%.
Just two months ago, Goode had a 64% to 30% lead.
