Virginia's State Board of Elections is looking into concerns some Virginians voting absentee are receiving more than one ballot.
The Republican Party of Virginia is calling on registrars to stop tabulating absentee ballots until the state can look into the issue.
According to the party, duplicate mailings have been confirmed in five localities.
