Glimpsed at the African American Festival: Lachell Trisvan

Lachell Trisvan, 27, showed her "Afro-chic" style at The African American Festival in a multi-color jersey Voice sundress that she's had for awhile, paired with pewter platform Enzo Angiolini gladiator sandals from Macy's and a multi-color straw tote from Dress Barn. The Havre de Grace administrative assistant added some gold pearl drop earrings and a pink acrylic dome ring from a New Jersey boutique. Her tortoise shell Nine West sunglasses were a gift. Trisvan loves lots of color as much as she does looking for a great deal. "I love thrift shopping. That's the best way to go."
