Belinda Prattis believes in the power of thrift stores and deals. When she ran down the list of places where she purchased her ensemble, the Laureate employee made a believer of us as well. She bought her Charlotte Russe boots on eBay for $8. Her serpent skin purse was purchased at a thrift store for 75 cents. Her knit hat and tank top were from Forever 21. Her gold, metallic scarf was a Gabriel Brothers deal. Her dress was from Goodwill in Queens, New York. Her gloves, and earrings were gifts. “Be true to you,” the 34-year-old Abingdon resident said.
