Pulling lights

Electrician Michael Williams, who is working on the top of the monument for the first time, pulls up a string of lights. Baltimore City electricians hang 28 strands of multicolored LED lights from the top of the 178-feet tall Washington Monument to prepare for the 39th annual lighting on December 2nd.
