North Dakota flooding

Flooding was spreading out across broad stretches of rural North Dakota and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100102900000000" title="Minnesota" href="/topic/us/minnesota-PLGEO100102900000000.topic">Minnesota</a> on Wednesday and swelling toward a near-record crest in Grand Forks is expected within three days. An additional near-record crest was projected along the Sheyenne River.
