Good news/bad news for the bay

The good news: Recent studies have shown improvements in the Chesapeake Bay "dead zone." The bad news: There's a move afoot in Congress to gut federal efforts at reducing pollution in the Chesapeake. Even at a time when Congress is focused on dollars and cents, it should recognize the value of a clean Chesapeake Bay.
