Hybrid Vehicles of Danville buys Wickes Lumber Building

Hybrid Vehicles of Danville has purchased the Wickes Lumber Building on Old Mayfield Road.

In May, the company announced it would be moving its manufacturing facility and headquarters to Danville.


They have plans of hiring 25 people right away, and within three years hope to employ 150 people.

Hybrid Vehicles of Danville will make large hybrid vehicles, like buses and armored vehicles.
