The Transportation Security Administration tells News7 agents stopped a passenger this past Sunday morning for trying to pass through the security checkpoint with a dagger, disguised as a hairbrush.
A TSA official says the ice pick style blade was several inches long.
It was in the passengers carry-on bag.
Authorities say the passenger, who was ticketed to fly to Charlotte, North Carolina, willingly handed over the hairbrush dagger.
