Rick Kogan: Here is Peter Vodovoz, aka Mr. Barber, who was until very recently Blago's barber. He came here from Russia speaking not one word of English and now, having grabbed what is left of the American Dream, has his own shop on Walton, cutting the hair of everyone from Bill Daley (the former mayor's brother, not the Tribune food writer) to Ernie Banks.
