Fettuccine with Spinach and Chicken by Pat Myers

1 (16oz) Package of Fettuccine - $0.99
4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced - $0.20
1 (10oz) Package of Frozen Spinach, Thawed – $1.29
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
5 oz. Chicken Breast
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1. Put two tablespoons olive oil in a fry pan and add the minced garlic. Add chopped chicken breast and cook until the chicken is tender.
2. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. Add fettuccine and thawed spinach. Cook for 10 minutes. Drain.
3. Combine chicken and fettuccine. Ladle into four bowls and top each with an ounce of shredded Parmesan cheese.
