Chandler wins Roanoke Valley Hall of Fame Golf Tournament for third time in four years

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) The 43rd annual Roanoke Valley Hall of Fame Golf Tournament wrapped up Sunday afternoon.

The ladies teed- off early in the morning, with Lyndsey Hunnell winning for the second year in a row, and Dot Bolling adding to her hardware in the senior division.

Matt Chandler shot a 68 in each of the three rounds to beat the field by nine strokes. He has now won the Hall of Fame Tournament three of the last four years, as he helped lead Hunting Hills to victory.

Brandon LaCroix came into the final round just three strokes off the lead. He finished the tournament at one-under-par, good enough for second place.

2010 champ, Darrell Craft of Hunting Hills, shot a 75, finishing tied for 11th.

Blacksburg's Hunter Duncan finished tied for 4th.

Three-time winner finished in 6th place.
