Charge changed against former Radford massage business owner

RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) The trial for a former Radford massage business owner did not go on Thursday as scheduled.

Instead 47 of David Flanagan's charges were certified to the grand jury.

One of his two felony charges was changed from object sexual penetration by force to aggravated sexual battery because of the victim's mental capacity and physical helplessness.

Flanagan is accused of inappropriately touching five women during sessions at his former business on Main Street in Radford called The Finest Hour Massage.

He was first charged with a dozen misdemeanors in December.

The 47 additional charges were placed after more people started coming forward.
