CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) The Christiansburg man accused of stabbing his half-brother earlier this week has been released from the hospital and is in jail.

David Tawney, 38, is being held at the Montgomery County Jail. He’s charged with malicious wounding, assault and battery of a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest.
