DANVILLE, Va. (WDBJ7) Students, pastors and community leaders marched through the streets in Danville on Thursday.

The pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church says it's a way to ask questions about how we can encourage peace.

"It's happening everywhere, here in Danville, around the world. And all of us are part of the problem and we have go to stop all of this nonsense," Trinity United Methodist Church Pastor Charles Wickham said.

The group was part of Impact camps.

Organizers say this was a last minute plan but something they just felt called to do.
