DANVILLE, Va. (WDBJ7) Thirty-five jobs are coming to Danville, thanks to a more than five million dollar investment.

Unison Limited is establishing its first U.S. manufacturing operation.

Governor McAuliffe recruited this project during his June 2017 trade and marketing mission to Europe.

The new manufacturing hub will be in Cane Creek.

"Cane Creek's owned by both the county and the city, it's come together as a great joint venture. When people work together good things happen. I hate to say this and it really disappoints me, and I apologize that I have to say this, but we beat out North Carolina and the United Kingdom for this announcement today," says Gov. Terry McAuliffe.

Unison Limited is a United Kingdom manufacturer of pipe bending and automation machinery.
