BEDFORD Co., Va. (WDBJ7) Crews responded to a structure fire earlier today at around 7:30 a.m. at 1155 Sagebrush Ct. in the Goodview area of Bedford County.
The first arriving units found a single-wide mobile home with significant fire showing from the center of the structure.
Officials say the fire was under control in about half an hour and crews were on the scene for about three hours.
There were no injuries reported.
It is not known what the cause of the fire was at this time, but the home had no working smoke detectors.
One adult male resident was displaced and is being assisted by the Red Cross.
The Bedford County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire at this time.
