LEXINGTON, Va. (WDBJ7) Devils Backbone has produced Trail Angel Weiss as part of its continuing program to donate profits from select brews to charities. This Bavarian-style wheat beer contributes to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

“A major priority for us and something that is very important to us in our DNA is to always remember where we came from," explains
Elizabeth Tual, who is the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Devils Backbone. "We are a Virginia brewery, you know, we are crafted in the Virginia heartland and we’re really proud of that. So a lot of these programs are just an effort to give back and make our communities a better place.”

The beer is available in stores throughout our area, and even as far out as New York.
