iPhones stolen in Lynchburg burglary

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) A number of iPhones are missing after a burglary in Lynchburg early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to the Sprint store at 4018 Wards Road at 3:37 a.m. after an alarm went off.

When they arrived, they found that the front door glass was broken. There was also damage inside the building, and management told police that 20 to 30 iPhones had been stolen.

Police have not made any arrests, but have provided a video showing the suspects leaving the Sprint store.

Anyone who may have been in the Wards Road area during the time of this burglary, and who may have seen anything suspicious, should contact LPD Detective Terry Wecker at 434-455-6178.
