MONTGOMERY CO., Va. (WDBJ7) The man accused of killing Blacksburg teenager Nicole Lovell is asking a judge to throw out all statements he made to police while they questioned him about his involvement in the young teenager's death.

David Eisenhauer's attorneys will present the motion request to a Montgomery County judge Wednesday.

Eisenhauer wants to suppress all statements he made after telling police he was done and calling a lawyer, including evidence that was taken from his cell phone.

He's charged with abduction, first degree murder, and concealing a body.
