James River to serve as water source for some Lynchburg residents while repairs are made

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) Some Lynchburg residents will use a different water source due to a waterline break, according to Lynchburg’s Department of Water Resources.

Northern and eastern residents who get their water from the Pedlar Reservoir will get water from the James River while a waterline break from the Pedlar Reservoir is repaired. Southern and western residents will continue to use the Pedlar Reservoir.
