Jeff Powers sets course record in winning his third Blue Ridge Marathon

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Jeff Powers has won the Blue Ridge Marathon for the third time.

Powers set a full marathon course record by finishing in 2:48:33, breaking the record set last year by a full minute.

Amy Ostrofe was the top female finisher, running in 3:19:11.
