LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) Shoppers got the chance to check out goods from local vendors in Lynchburg. The Jefferson Choral Society hosted an annual Holiday Makers' Market.
The bazaar featured 50 vendors like wood crafts, jewelry, and body cream. More than 200 people supported the event.
"Well normally we have this event in November but we decided to try the weekend before Christmas to catch last minute shoppers so it's been really good," said Elsa Lanky.
"It means we will have proceeds to to buy new music with so that during the three regular scheduled concerts we will have a new infusion of music," said Martha Coffey.
The choral society says their next concert will be at the end of February, and they are also looking for new members.
