Kroger starts online ordering at Towne Square

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Kroger has begun online ordering and curbside pickup at Town Square, its 7th location in the Roanoke Valley.

More than 40,000 items are available through ClickList.

To use ClickList, you go to the site, select your items and the time you want to pick them up. A Kroger associate will then do all of your shopping and deliver it to your car at the time you specified.

“Customers say their usual weekly shopping takes 90 minutes or more, and using ClickList reduces the time to 20 minutes," said Allison McGee, spokesperson for the Mid-Atlantic Division.

There is a $4.95 service charge, but that charge is waived for your first three orders.

Kroger has created about 15 new jobs to the Towne Square store to implement ClickList.
