Man dies after crashing vehicle into cement wall in Martinsville

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (WDBJ7) A man is dead after police say he crashed into a cement wall.

Martinsville Police say they were called to a parking lot near the intersection of East Church and Broad Streets around 7 Friday morning.

After arriving on scene, officers say they discovered a 2009 Toyota Camry has crashed into a cement wall.

Police say Albert Camp, 64 was the driver and only person inside the vehicle. He was Taken to SOVAH Health hospital of Martinsville, we doctors pronounced him dead.

Police say Camp was not wearing a seatbelt. They are still trying to determine what caused Camp to crash his vehicle.
