ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Shawn Hunter's harassment case was continued until Dec.12 while the Commonwealth continues their investigation into allegations of an unsolicited nude photo sent to a local woman.

"They wanted more time to do more investigation," defense attorney Deborah Caldwell-Bono said following the brief court appearance.

Attorney Deborah Caldwell-Bono said her client is innocent of the charge -- harassment by computer -- saying he accidentally sent one lewd photo to a local woman that was intended for someone else.

Roanoke police recently filed search warrants, asking to look at Shawn Hunter's phone and messages on a Facebook account. Police wouldn't give more details on what they expected to find.

"We are going to start prosecuting everyone that sends a picture of their private parts to another individual, then we better start hiring some more officers, detective, judges, baliffs, and start night court on Saturday," Caldwell-Bono said.

Hunter's due back in court Dec. 12 at 10 AM.
