RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) The owner of a Radford massage parlor will be denied bond, a judge ruled Friday.

David Flanagan Jr. is facing 57 counts of sexual battery and two counts of animate object sexual penetration.

Flanagan, who is the owner and manager of The Finest Hour Massage, was arrested in December.

Five women are accusing him of inappropriately touching them. He allegedly offered each of them a free massage after these instances. One of the women has mental and physical disabilities.

One of the women alleges that Flanagan told her it wasn't against the law, and she shouldn't tell anyone.

Flanagan is at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
