UPDATE: Officials arrest two people after 5-day-old baby goes missing

RADFORD, Va. (WDBJ7) -- UPDATE:

Radford police say two people have been arrested after 5-day-old Tatiana Bosier was reported missing on Tuesday.

Andy Alexander Bosier, 41, of High Point was arrested for abuse and Neglect of a child. Samantha Marie Cochran, 25, of Radford was arrested for abuse, neglect of child and obstruction of justice.

Bosier and Cochran are being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.

UPDATE:
The Radford Police Department says Tatiana Bosier, who was reported missing, has been found safe in Pulaski with Andy Bosier.

The Radford Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing, endangered child.

Police are searching for Tatiana Bosier, who is 5 days old.

Bosier is 7 pounds and has lots of dark hair, according to police.

Radford police say she may be traveling with Andy Bosier in a 2003 four-door beige Honda Accord. This vehicle has a Virginia license plate with the number XHP-7234. Police say Mr. Bosier is wanted on felony child neglect.
