Radford police make drug arrest

RADFORD, VA (WDBJ7) A Bristol, Virginia man is facing nearly a dozen drug charges.

Chad Everett Johnson was arrested in Radford around 11:20 a.m. Monday morning.

A K-9 detected the drugs in Johnson's vehicle at the West End Deli Mart parking lot on West Main Street.

Authorities seized cocaine, methamphetamines, marijuana, prescription medications, a firearm, and more than $900 in cash.

Johnson is currently being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
