Incumbent Tim Allen wins Roanoke Sheriff's Race

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Sheriff Tim Allen has kept his position as sheriff.

Allen was running against Mac Westland (R) and William Billingsley (I).

According to the sheriff's website, Allen was elected as sheriff in 2013 after 26 years of continual law enforcement service to the Roanoke Valley.

Sheriff Allen is a lifelong resident of Roanoke.

He and his wife of 25 years have two children.
