Roanoke businesses evacuated due to possible bomb threat

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Roanoke Police did not find any evidence of a bomb at the Kmart on Franklin Road.

The bomb threat call came in to police at 3:20 p.m. Roanoke Police responded to the Kmart quickly after.

The Kmart was evacuated and the parking lot was closed. Paul Mitchell The School, a nearby business, was evacuated as well.

Police determined the scene to be all clear and no evidence was found.
