Roanoke man charged with indecent exposure in Blacksburg

BLACKSBURG, Va. (WDBJ7) A Roanoke man has been charged with indecent exposure after an incident in Blacksburg.

The Blacksburg Police Department received a complaint about the incident on Tuesday. It happened along the 1500 block of South Main Street.

Police arrested John Willard, a Roanoke resident.

As a precaution the Blacksburg Police did ask surrounding schools and daycare facilities to move their students inside until Willard was arrested.

He is charged with indecent exposure as well as two other misdemeanor charges.

Willard is being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
