ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) Rachel DeVaughn from Walk Strong Roanoke showed WDBJ7 some basic exercises that can be done from home. She started Walk Strong Roanoke after she had her second child, and wanted to get in shape.
It's a walking-based program that is set to music. Exercises are aimed at raising your heart rate with a low-impact workout.
