Three Notch'd brewery and collab. house coming to downtown Roanoke

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) - Three Notch'd Brewing Co. is coming to downtown Roanoke.

According to its website, the Charlottesville based brewery was founded by three friends in 2013.

Three Notch'd currently has breweries and tap rooms in Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and Richmond.

According to Jack Murray with the brewery's marketing department, Roanoke's new brewery will feature 3,500 square feet of renovated space. It's going into what is currently the Cornerstone Bar & Grill. Murray said the restaurant will operate through the rest of the holidays. But soon, he said, the lease will be up and the brewery will begin construction with the goal of opening by late spring.

Murray said the current locations offer anywhere between eight and 15 beers on tap, and said the Roanoke location will likely offer the same. He said the company is excited to open in the area.

Brewery officials say they will be hiring, including the position of Head Brewer. The marketing team asked all résumés to be sent to info@threenb.com
