Radford at Glenvar

SALEM, Va. (WDBJ7) The Glenvar Highlanders were making some music of their own Friday night, holding court in Highlander Heaven against Radford.

This one was all Glenvar. Early on Jacob Mullins found his way to the endzone for a 24-yard score and the Highlanders led 7-0.

A few minutes later, more Mullins. This time, he broke free and outran the Bobcats defense on a 78-yard scamper. Mullins may have needed some oxygen after this one. Glenvar was on top by two scores.

And how about Kelci Horner? She was kicking in powder puff football two weeks ago, but with Glenvar's kicking woes, Coach Kevin Clifford said, 'sign her up.' She came on to kick six extra points tonight. Hats off to Kelci.

Back to Mullins. He was able to air it out to Alec Thompson, good for another 57 yards and six more points. The Highlanders led 41-0 at the half and went on to knock out Radford 48-7.
