Tech's Tim Settle Declares For NFL Draft

The Virginia Tech Hokies knew there was a chance they could lose several defensive players early to the NFL Draft and Thursday the first shoe dropped with news that Tim Settle is giving up his final two years of eligibility.
Settle started all thirteen games this past season for Tech.
He had 36 tackles, 12 and a half for a loss, including 4 and a half sacks.
Settle earned second team all ACC honors in his first year as a full time starter. His departure leaves the Hokies fairly thin when it comes to depth at the defensive tackle position
