Jake Braun, executive vice president, Resolute Consulting

Jake Braun has joined Resolute Consulting, a national public affairs and strategic communications firm, as executive vice president.

He will focus on issue advocacy and public affairs as well as leading its sister company, Central Strategies, a political consulting firm for candidates in the United States and abroad.

In more than 10 years in journalism, politics and public affairs, Braun most recently was director of White House and Public Liaison for the Department of Homeland Security. He also was National Deputy Field Director on Barack Obama’s presidential campaign and led the presidential transition team as deputy director for the National Security Agencies Review.
