High Speed Persuit

High speed pursuit ends...This truck refused to stop for officers and continued at a high rate of speed. The driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a Mercedes Benz and a state trooper's car at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Fort Eustis Boulevard.
