PASADENA, Calif. (KTLA) -- The son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner is free on bail after allegedly attacking his Playmate girlfriend at their Pasadena home.
Prosecutors filed misdemeanor domestic violence charges Monday against Marston Hefner, 21.
Monday afternoon, his girlfriend, Claire Sinclair asked for and received an emergency restraining order against Hefner.
Police responded to the home Hefner shares with the 20-year old Playmate of the Year after one of her relatives called 911, TMZ.com reported.
Hefner allegedly punched and kicked Sinclair and refused to let her leave the house.
TMZ reported that Sinclair was left with visible bruises and red marks.
But Sinclair says she doesn't intend to press charges.
All I want is for Marston to give a public apology, Sinclair, 20, told E! News.
And I want him to get psychiatric help. I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once.
Sinclair was named Playmate of the Year in 2011.
She has dated Hefner on-and-off since August 2010.
Hefner is the oldest of two sons from the magazine mogul's marriage to 1989 Playmate of the Year, Kimberley Conrad.
