Black Eyed Peas, Ludacris sizzle in Tampa
Led by will.i.am and Fergie, the Black Eyed Peas ended the Florida portion of their "End Tour" in Tampa on Wednesday in front of a large crowd. Ludacris and LMFAO opened the night.
